Lately the app crashes/stops anytime I manually turn off a plug or light. This is very disappointing. And tells me frequently that the costs it reports are estimates. It would be nice if the app would reflect actual costs or closer at keast, since that is data DTE should have, or at least not remind me constantly, interrupting me from using the smart controls. I am starting to think I should use a different smart controller app or ecosystem.

Was working as intended, but since 11/28, it hasn't recorded a single thing... today's date is 12/10. Contacted CS 4 days ago & was told there was a problem, but it was being fixed. Contacted DTE directly to make sure my meter was registering correctly and they confirmed it was. And y'all really think folks want to pay for the premium version?

So disappointed. I've used this for several years and now NO devices connected to the bridge work, and the app closes when I try to manually turn on something. Ive uninstalled amd reinstalled, still nothing. And now Alexa requires an authorization code and app has no authorization code. So frustrated. Used to be great.
