Problematic App

I've been using the Ambank app for a while now, and unfortunately, I have to say that it's been a very frustrating experience. The app frequently logs me out or displays a blank screen, making it difficult to use. Even when I am able to access the app, it often tells me that the network is unstable, which is not reassuring when I need to manage my finances. What's especially frustrating is that these issues seem to happen at the worst possible times, such as when I need to make an urgent transaction or check my balance quickly. It's really disappointing that an app from such a well-known bank has such serious stability and functionality issues. Overall, I can't recommend this app until these issues are fixed. It's difficult to trust an app that can't reliably connect to the internet or even stay logged in. Ambank needs to invest in improving the app's performance if they want to retain customers and stay competitive in the banking app market.

Worst Banking Apps possible

This is the worst banking apps I have used so far 2nd to the previous apps from Ambank is supposed to be replaced by this. The most important part of online banking is the transfer of payment to others account and this apps does not do it right, this leave the users worried and wondering whether the transaction made is successful or not and whether they have over charge us cause the final steps was loading for ages. AmBank has been ignorant on not just their apps but also website, both are the worst banking platform I have used comparing to many others banks. I would not be using Ambank at all (if it’s not because my salary is banked in ambank) due to the poor experience and it has been on going for years, I’m surprised that no action has been taken to resolve all these issues considering online banking is such an important steps in this era and the future. I’m hoping this review actually reach out to the management of Ambank to take necessary action as this is not a minor matter

Apps crash upon registration

I tried to register as a new user. Filled in all the necessary information until finally I received TAC. Once I filled in the TAC then it said I keyed in wrong number. This happened a few times after I’ve double checked everything. Make better maintenance to your apps as this inconvenient users greatly. Ambank should really reassess their policy about user engagement. The apps is crashing, call via phone we’re attended by auto generated answers, which in most times don’t fully answer our queries. In the end users need to go to the bank branch-back to old times then. Speaking of technology much.
