Quite an absurd experience so far. My user credentials keep being rejected to a point I can no longer counter the number of password ressets I've perfomed. I suppose this is a location and translation script in the app. It defaulted to my language location and everytime I attempt to change to the location where I am, it fails. Total waste of time.

I will leave original review it has been sorted. Now I except a need for add's but not at point of finishing the payment its missleading. There is one stupid and anoying anomaly when you try to retrive points agains a transaction from within the app it redirects you out of the app it seems to a web site and then asks you to signe in to do the transfer outside the app! So what is the point of the app? Might as well just go to the web sight and be done with it! Thats why I dropped it to 3 star

Update: Nothing has been fixed yet. Moreover Unsuccessful transaction alerts for 3 times, though money was received. Unnecessary stupid ads, promos on every transfer. Moreover I would pray the money would reach receiver, each time every time, as I've lost trust or assurance from WU. The unsuccessful transfer will not be recovered/refunded until you become aware of it, from this point it takes 2 weeks to get your money back after hell lot of stress, pain and anxiety chasing customer service 😔
