It's a good app and can help with your health goals! I often forgot to use it timely but it gave great reminders. Logging in can be difficult and frustrating though and that's why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Logging in when I am in anxiety mode makes my anxiety worse when I need it to help me as there's a lot of hoops to jump through. I wish it had biometric login like everything else does.

So far it's been great. It breaks the exercises into small manageable steps. I've only used the app for a few days, so I'm starting with 4 stars, but I have a feeling that will become 5 stars in the near future. If you start working on one problem (like anxiety) and decide that you would rather work on depression, just leave a message for your coach. They can help. Of course, it's much easier to select the program that you most need. This is great UPMC service. Way to go, developers.

Login frequently breaks. It will prompt for a new account until you click "I already have one" but won't save your login credentials to google password manager. This happens even when you click on a notification from the app. And the password recovery/reset option is too difficult to use. Edit: replying to developer, I have biometrics set up. But clicking on notifications logs out of app completely and biometrics don't work from there. Already reinstalled app, it's a bug on your end.

Hi Blackburn2517, if you are able to set up biometrics to login, your log-in experience will be streamlined. It will bypass multiple steps and you will not have to remember your username/password as frequently.
